The Raider - Nocturna Models

Hiho,

It has been some time i wanted to give a try at painting a historical sculpt. Some days ago i found this great bust in my unpainted minis box, and thought it may be the time to do it...

As historical says, i went up to a classic color scheme. You cant paint crazy on that stuff :D . It was also the opportunity to try some weathering and texturing techniques and i must say i'm quite happy with the result.

I really like the animations that you have given here on your article. The images that you have given in this page are very nice. There has to be good animators for making this world a more colorful and happening place.

Il est très chouette ce p'tit buste...les méteaux sont au top et les couleurs fonctionnent drôlement bien! Les textures sont bien intéressantes aussi...classe quoi!! Seul p'tit truc qui me gène,
c'est le fait d'avoir trop clairement séparé les volumes du visage...ça perd un peu le côté réaliste...et si ça marche bien à petite échelle, c'est moins fonctionnel sur un buste...un poil trop
artificiel. Bon....c'est pour pétouiller...il est beau ce buste!!
